On March 13, Chen Pinfang, chairman of our company, and Sun Zhihao, project director, went to the northeast market of the cluster e family with the team to open the first batch of mergers and acquisitions in the Northeast market. The main purpose of due diligence is to comprehensively evaluate the target company and discover problems and values, including: the operating status and development potential of the enterprise, the value of the enterprise, and any major matters affecting the survival, operation and development of the enterprise in the future, including but not limited to: tax issues, legal issues, business issues, talent issues, market environment, etc.

After two weeks of fruitful work, we assisted to complete the M&A evaluation of 16 operators and related service providers in 

the four northeast markets of Fuxin, Changling, Baishan and Tonghua, and provided the summary report of M&A due diligence 

in the Northeast market of the cluster e.

In November 2021, we officially signed a cooperation agreement with the e family of the cluster. Through top-level design and 

capital empowerment, we can assist in financing, mergers and acquisitions, talents and channel docking, accelerate the pace 

of enterprise listing, and promote the high-quality development of enterprises. In December 2021, the monthly transaction 

volume of the cluster e family platform exceeded 100 million for the first time, and the transaction volume of 740 million in 

2022, an increase of 196%.

Cluster E-home, adhering to the cluster consumption theory and community economic theory, is an Internet of Things service 

platform dedicated to community O2O, focusing on community family food consumption services, only serving, not trading, 

and not earning the difference. The core value is to improve the efficiency of the supply chain through digitalization and 

shorten the supply chain. Truly realize the whole process of digital modern supply chain system based on sales, production, 

predictable and monitored.

The new blueprint has been drawn, and the new journey is drumming. We will work with the cluster e family, will strengthen confidence, help the cluster e family to continue to output mode integration, brand influence and channel explosive force, the pursuit of corporate value climb, accelerate into the new track of listed capital development!
